"We love the open-plan living arrangement in Kelvin Grove and on a sunny day there is nothing better than being able to throw open the bi-fold doors for true inside-out living. We've got a great community here with all our neighbours and a WhatsApp group for anything street related. It's also really secure and quiet, a little 'village' oasis in London. There's some lovely little details in the house, such as the classic cast-iron radiators and we also recycled the old slate water tank following the renovations to create the hearth for the log burner. The location is superb with transport links super close, plus you're near to all the local amenities along with Wells Park and Baxter's field a stone's throw away.
