This has been a wonderful home for us during the last 40 years; but we now feel that we need single story living.

In the summer we often ate al fresco in the back garden, whilst enjoying views of the South Downs. Sometimes we relaxed in the Jacuzzi hot tub with a drink and watched the sun go down. During the Christmas period we have a great time, usually with 14 people, having a sit down meal in the large dining room. After the meal everyone spreads out into the conservatory, sitting room and dining room.
The porch at the front has been very useful since we acquired a dog; we can wipe her muddy paws and remove our shoes before stepping into the house.
