*** Vendors comments *** "Before I moved to this house I viewed many three and four-bedroom houses. I was looking for an unusual style house with lots of space and high ceilings which is what Sandfield Road has on offer. Most of the properties I viewed were very standard with the same layout, small hallways, small rooms and tiny box rooms as the third bedroom.
My children were very young when I bought this property so I had to think about the space they could have as they got older. As you enter the property it has a spacious hallway, upstairs the hallway is very spacious which is one of the things that appealed to me most when I first viewed this property. The two separate reception rooms were also very appealing.
The property has the advantage of a south-facing garden and the road is very quiet both during the day and evening. We have great neighbours, who have also helped create lots of good memories. Transport links are very close within walking distance.
My reason for selling my house is so I can live closer to my children who have all grown up and moved away".
