The Warehouse Townhouses

Plots 9-13 are five townhouses located in the warehouse conversion at Ebor Mills. The warehouse was built in the later part of the 19th century as part of the expansion of the mill complex, and replaced an earlier spinning mill. All homes have a spacious, open plan living space, featuring an integrated kitchen, ample space for seating and dining, and double doors that open onto the rear garden.

Up on the first floor, all homes have two double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, and a house bathroom with bath. Plots 9,12 and 13 also have useful storage cupboards.
